摘要
给出了一套适合污水处理的以PLC为核心的分布式控制系统,并分析了该系统的整体结构、任务分配、控制方式和一些重要控制回路的实施。与其它PLC控制系统相比,本系统硬件结构采用两台上位机互为热备,主要现场控制站PLC双机热备以及通讯网络冗余,从而保证了整个系统的高可靠性和稳定性。实际运行证明该系统成功地实现了污水处理的自动化控制,提高了污水处理设备的运行效率和管理水平。
The paper gives a suit of distributed control system of sewage treatment centered on PLC. The whole structure of the system, the assignment of tasks, the control scheme and the implementation of a series of important control circles are analyzed. Compared with other PLC systems, the hardware of the system adopts two upper computers that are redundant to each other, dual hot-backup PLCS in main local control stations and communication network redundancy. So high-reliability and stability of the whole system are assured. The practical running shows that the system has successfully realized the automatic control in sewage treatment and improved the operation efficiency and management level of sewage treatment equipment.
