摘要
本文探讨了采用反应热压法制造BAT瓷的配方设计、工艺问题及显微结构形成过程,指出在BAT瓷相组成中,BN的作用是提供材料足够的可帆械加工性和抗热震性,但其耐熔铝腐蚀性较差,所以含量要尽量低;AIN的作用是提高材料的耐熔铝腐蚀性,其含量提高是有益的;TiB_2的作用是保证材料具有合适的电阻率。还指出要获得具有优良耐熔铝腐蚀性的BAT瓷,各相的晶粒结晶完整、均匀、粒径较粗以及低的气孔率是有益的。
In this paper, the composition design, processing problem and microstructure forming of BAT ceramics manufactured by RHP was discussed. It is suggested that in BAT ceramics, the role of BN is to provide ceramics with good enough mechanibility and thermal shock resistance, but its corrosion resistance to aluminum melt is worse, so the content of BN ought to be as low as possible. The role of A1N is to enhance its corrosion resistance to aluminum melt and higher content of A1N is favourable. The role of TiB2 is to provide ceramics with proper electrical resistivity. It's also suggested that perfact crystallization of each phase, homogereous microstructure, coarser particle size and low porosity are favourable to obtain better corrosion resistance to a-luminum melt.
