摘要
目的:评价双极人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:手术切除股骨头,清除髋臼内软组织,安装大小、长度相适宜的双极人工股骨头。结果:术后随访2～8年,按harris评分标准,优2 3例,良6例,可2例,差0例,总优良率93.5%。结论:该术式治疗老年股骨颈骨折,手术创伤小,并发症少,疗效好,尤其适用于合并内科疾病的老年股骨颈骨折的治疗。
Objective: To evaluate the clinic result of bipolar artifical femoral head replacement in treatment of oldster femoral neck fracture.Methods: Cut off the femoral head, Clean the soft tissue in the acetabulum. Fix the suitable bipolar artifical femoral head. Results: After the following-up of 2～8 years. According the Harris standard,The result was excellent in 23 cases, Good in 6, Fair in 2 and bad in 0. The excellent and good rate was 93.5%. Conclusion: Biopolar artificial femoral head placement ——the operation is simple and safe,with few complications.So it is a good method to treat the femoral neck fracture of oldster with medicine complications.
