肾上腺髓质素在缺氧性肺动脉高压及肺心病患者中变化的观察

摘要 目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在肺动脉高压(HPH)和肺心病发病过程中的作用。方法:HPH病人、肺心病急性发作组和缓解组病人与正常对照组者血清ADM含量测定,用组间比较,t检验。结果:HPH组与正常组对照,ADM显著升高(P <0 . 0 0 2 )。肺心病急性发作组及缓解组与正常组对照,ADM均显著升高(P <0 . 0 0 1 )。缓解组与急性发作组比较,ADM显著降低(P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论:ADM参与HPH的形成过程,可能是对肺动脉高压时血液动力学变化的一种反应。肺心病患者ADM升高可能是对肺动脉压的一种主动调节作用,随着病情的缓解,肺动脉压的降低,ADM含量也随之降低。 Objective:To study the effect of adrenomedullin(ADM) on hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertention(HPH) and cor pulmonale. Method: There were four groups: the HPH group, the group of cor pulmonale patients at acute stage, the group of cor pulmonale patients at stable stage and the normal control group. The levels of serum ADM were measured.Results: The levels of serum ADM were significantly higher in the HPH group than in the normal control group ( P <0.002).The ADM contents were increased in the group of cor pulmonale patients both at acute stage and at stable stage than that of the normal control group ( P <0.001). The levels of serum ADM were lower in the group of cor pulmonale patients at stable stage than that at acute stage ( P <0.001). Conclusion: ADM was participated in the forming process of HPH. The raising of serum ADM in cor pulmonale may be an active regulation against pulmonary pressure. With the alleviating of condition, the pulmonary pressure is reduced; the ADM content is reduced too.
