摘要
文中提出一种新的拓扑指数Hm并建立饱和脂肪酯物理化学性质X的定量公式,预测了含12个碳原子以内的饱和脂肪酯的水溶解度log S、分配系数log P、保留体积log Vg和沸点B.P.(℃)等4项物理化学性质.
We developed a new topological index (Hm) , with this , a quantitative formrla for calculating physicochemical properties X of saturated fatty ester. X=a+b×Hm. Where a, b are coefficient, and constant for the physicochemical property. Hence we can take formula to predict four physicochemical properties of log S, log P, log Vg and B. P. (℃).
