摘要
通过对可乐瓶底模具运用CAD/CAM技术进行数控加工这一实例,介绍了CAXA制造工程师软件在数控加工制造中应用的具体步骤:首先用CAXA制造工程师的CAD功能生成3D模型,再用其CAM功能自动生成数控加工程序及刀具轨迹,并进行仿真加工后再校核、修订,从而获得优化的实际生产结果;强调了CAD/CAM在现代制造技术中的地位及重要性,说明用CAD/CAM技术缩短设计和制造周期,提高零件加工质量的目的。
Applying the technology of CAD/CAM to numerical control process by the example of Cola’s bottle bottom, this paper introduced the specific process of CAXA production engineer software in the application of numerical control process . First, the 3D mould was made by CAD function of CAXA product engineer software, by which the numerical control process and the track of cutting tool were made automatically as well. Then it gained the optimized practical processing route by checking and amending after simulating process. It is emphasized the CAD/CAM’s status and importance in modern production technology, and shown that the technology of CAD/CAM can not only reduce the designing and producing time, but also increase the quality of the parts’ process.
