可持续发展是西部大开发战略中的重要目标,而西部大开发要得以成功,就必须大力发展特色经济,加强西部的联合与合作,发挥各自比较优势,实现优势互补和资源有效配置,促进共同进步和可持续发展。
Sustainable development is an important target in the strategy of the great development in west China. If the great development in west China is to be successful, we must vigorously develop featured economy, reinforce the unity and cooperation in the west, exert respective comparative advantages, realize mutual compensation of advantages and effective allocation of resources, and to promote common progress and sustainable development.
