摘要
以双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ＤＡＳ－ＥＬＩＳＡ）为基本原理，成功地研制出鸡白血病病毒抗原ＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒，该试剂盒与国外同类试剂盒相比，具备相同的特异性和敏感性，对ＲＡＶ－１纯化样品的最小检出量可达０．７８ｕｇ／ｍｌ，且敏感性高于直接补体结合试验。经初步应用发现，我国商品种鸡群ＡＬＶ阳性率为０．７－１４％，在部分ＳＰＦ鸡群中未检出阳性鸡。
An ELISA kit for detection of avian leukosis virus(ALV) antigen in egg has been developedin our laboratory.It is as specific and sensitive as the ALV kit produced abroad Antigens of a purified Rous-associated virus type I (RAV-l) preparation were detectable up to minimal concentrations of 0.78ug/ml。In detecting group-sepcific antigen in albumen samples, ELISA has been shown to be more sensitive than thedirect complement fixation test(CFT)Appling our ELISA kit in identification of infections with and sheddingof ALV in commercial flocks,the rate ranging from 0.7 to 14%was obtained.We found no positive chickensin some SPF flocks.
