摘要
由于油底壳加强肋的强度太低,在外界交变载荷、低频振动、弯曲振动等外力作用下造成断裂,加强肋的断裂引起了壳体的撕裂。采取增厚加强肋的办法不断提高了油底壳的强度,而且也达到了降噪增频的作用,从而有效地控制了油底壳的裂纹。
Cracks are made because of low strength of reinforcing rib at oil-reserving bottom,external cyclic loading,low-frequency vibration and bending vibration.The broken reinforcing rib causes the broken of the hull.An effective control of cracks at oil-reserving bottom comes from increasing strength of the bottom by thickening reinforcing rib,and increasing frequency by reducing noise also achieves.
