摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术并发症的预防措施。方法:对6 4例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者行鼻内镜手术治疗,术后定期随访,行内镜下术腔护理,鼻窦冲洗,总结并发症。结果:眶周瘀斑3例,术后出血1例,鼻腔粘连5例。并发症总发生率为14 %。无一例失明、脑脊液鼻漏等严重并发症发生。结论:详熟颅脑、鼻及鼻窦解剖,详细的术前评估,完善的术中、术后处理。
Objective:To explore the prevention of complications during the nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:Sixty-four cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent the nasal endoscopic surgery and received postsurgical cavity care and sinus washing.The complications were summarized.Results:The complications included periorbital ecchymosis(n=3),postoperative hemorrhage(n=1) and adhesion(n=5).The total incidence was 14%.No blindness or cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.Conclusions:Familiarity with cranioverebral,nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses anatomy,detailed preoperational evaluation,perfect management during and after the operation can avoid complications in nasal endoscopic surgery.
