血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C随增龄的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(CystC)作为衡量肾小球滤过率(GFR)的指标随增龄的改变趋势,以期明确其是否可作为老年人肾脏功能评价的敏感指标。方法健康查体人群中随机选取418例常规及生化指标正常、体格检查及影像学检查无病理状态的个体作为检测对象,应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清CystC浓度。结果按年龄将人群分为18~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁,50~59岁,60~69岁,70~79岁,80~89岁共7组。各年龄组血清CystC浓度(mg/L)分别为(1.43±0.483),(1.02±0.415),(1.03±0.224),(1.34±0.370),(1.38±0.449),(1.43±0.468),(1.55±0.532),显示血清CystC随年龄增长呈逐步上升趋势。血清CystC平均浓度为(1.34±0.473)mg/L,男性(1.33±0.439),女性(1.36±0.538)(P>0.05);在小于50岁的人群中血清CystC均值为(1.16±0.418),而在50岁以上的个体中CystC水平明显升高(P<0.01),CystC均值为(1.42±0.459)mg/L,提示肾功能出现生理性衰老表现。结论国内的健康个体血清CystC的浓度随增龄逐渐增加,与年龄有良好的相关性;且整体无性别差异;50岁后血清CystC有明显增加,提示将CystC作为肾脏衰老的敏感指标。 Objective By exploring the change trend of serum cystatin C (Cyst C) as a new index weighing human glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in normal people to make sure whether it could be a sensitive index of senile renal function evaluation. Methods The serum Cyst C was evaluated with ELISA in 418 〔males 282 and females 136, averagely (57±18.5) years old (18~90 years old)〕 healthy individuals. Results Subjects were divided seven groups according to age. The mean serum Cyst C was (1.34±0.473) mg/L. Cyst C concentration gradually increased with age without significant difference between female and male people. Cyst C average concentration was 1.16±0.418 in people aged less than 50 years old, but significantly increased in ones ages over 50 years old 〔(1.42±0.459)mg/L〕, which suggested renal function present physiological aging. Conclusions Serum Cyst C levels in healthy individuals increased with age and had a good relationship with age and without difference in gender. Cyst C levels significantly increased in people aged above 50 years old, which suggested it should be a sensitive index of renal aging.
