摘要
根据PAN基碳纤维生产的特点,设计了一种新型流态化预氧化炉,并对其关键部件的特点与作用以及流态化粒子的选择作了系统描述。通过实验调试表明,该炉型具有高传热、传质性能,在很短的时间内可使PAN原丝的含氧量达到8%以上,从而大幅度缩短预氧化时间,降低能耗,提高碳纤维的生产效率。
A new type offluidized preoxidation furnace was designed in this paper based on characteristics of PAN base carbon fiber production process. Properties and function of key parts of the furnace also were described systematicly in this paper. Meanwhile how to choose proper fluidized particles was explained. Experiment results showed that the furnace could transfer mass and heat fastly and make the oxgen content in PAN precursortachive 8%in a short time, which can effectivelyreduce preoxidation time and energy consumption. Carbon fiber production efficency will be improved greatly in the new furnace.
