摘要
目的了解北京市东城区家庭病床服务的现状及建立家庭病床的病人对家庭病床服务的评价.方法从东城区建立家庭病床的病人中随机抽取300名病人进行问卷调查,了解建床病人所患疾病、建立家庭病床的费用、建立家庭病床的原因、提供家庭病床服务的医疗机构和建床病人对家庭病床服务的评价.结果东城区建床病人所患疾病以高血压、心脑血管疾病为主,建床费用为1 000～5 000元,建床机构以二级医院、社区卫生服务中心和服务站为主;超过半数的病人对家庭病床服务的评价为很好或较好.结论建立家庭病床的病人对家庭病床服务的效果比较满意,大力发展家庭病床很有必要.
Objective To explore the status of family care bed service in Dongcheng district and the opinions and appraisement of the patients who accept family care bed service to family care bed service. Methods 300 patients were selected randomly in the patients who acc ept family care bed service in Dongcheng district, and were investigated about t he choric disease that they have, the fees that were spent on family care bed se rvice, the reasons why they set up family care bed service, the institutions tha t supply family care bed service and the appraisement of the patients who accept family care bed service to family care bed service.Results Most of diseases that the patients who accept family care bed service have wer e high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases, the fees that patients spend in family care bed service is about from 1000 to 5000 yuan, most of the institut ions supply family care bed service were 2-grade hospitals, community health ser vice centers and community health service stations, more than half of the patien ts investigated think family care bed service is very good or not bad. Conclusion The patients who accept family care service have high opin ions to the effect of family care bed service.
