摘要
本文通过对科技创新能力即科技竞争力的分析,论述了科技人才培养与科技创新结合的意义;提出推动科研机构与大学在科技创新和人才培养方面的紧密合作将有利于国家创新体系的建设。
By analyzing the abilities of science & technology innovation which is abilities of competitiveness, this paper states the significance combining science & technology innovation and cultivation of creative personnel. It also proposed that the cooperation of universities and research institutes will promote national innovative system progress.
