摘要
企业制定发展战略,必须对其特定的内外环境进行全面深入的分析。应用SWOT分析法对家具制造企业的市场环境进行分析,在此基础上提出家具制造企业的发展策略。
If furniture industry wants to make developing strategy, it must make a completely and thoroughly analysis to it's special inside and outside environment. This article mads an analysis to furniture enterprises with SWOT method and brings forward strategy to furniture enterprises .
