摘要
研制了一种检测汽车后视镜反射面的反射率的自动化检测系统。该系统采用溴钨灯作为光源,在接受单元中采用光积分球体结构,利用硅光电池为传感器,使用高性能的PIC18F452单片机作为数据处理系统,测量汽车后视镜反射面的反射率。结果表明,该系统测量速度快、精度高,能够在GB15084-94标准下进行汽车后视镜反射面的反射率性能检测。
This paper introduces a kind of automatic measuring system for checking the reflectivity of the automobiles rearview mirrors reflection surface.In this system the light source is the Bromine-tungsten lamp,The integral sphere structure is used as the receiving cell,and the silicon electric eye as the sensor,and in the data processing system.The high-powered PIC18F452 singlechip is employed to measure the reflectivity of the Automobiles rearview mirrors reflection surface.The system is able to measure the reflectivity swiftly,and it is of high precision.The system is also applied to checking the reflectivity function of the Automobiles rearview mrrors reflection surface according to the GB15804-94 Standard.
