摘要
从政策分析的角度出发,通过对有关我国义务教育后分流政策文本及相关评论的回顾,对我国义务教育后分流政策的成效及副作用进行分析,并提出做好义务教育普及、变强制系统为自主分流、加强普职教育沟通、拓宽中职生接受高等教育途径,是顺利进行义务教育后分流的必要前提.
At present, we have a three-stage education distributaries system. From the perspective of policy analysis' the author analyzes the results from the policy of post-compulsory education distributaries in China by reviewing the policy text and relevant comment on the policy, states that it is a prerequisite for post-compulsory education distributaries to make compulsory education universal,turn mandatory distributaries into voluntary ones, strengthen the mixture between general educational and vocational education, and widen the ways to take higher education for secondary vocational school students.
