摘要
本法主要采用EagLes液(Minima Essentia/Medium简称MEM)千倍稀释NDV-F病毒接种鸡胚,结果表明,用MEM液千倍稀释NDV-F接种鸡胚的血凝滴度比用NaCl液百倍稀释NDV-F的鸡胚的血凝滴度高,而其接种后的鸡胚成活率高,收集的NDV-F液量多。
We used MEM to dilute Newoatle Disease Virus (NDV) in 1000-flod for inoculating embry-onated eggs.The result shows that the hemagglutination liter of using MEM to dilute DNV in 1000-fold is higher than using NaCl to dilute NDV in 100-fold.The embryonated eggs survive more, and the capacity of NDV is higher.
