摘要
对５５例妄想性抑郁症与９２例非妄想性抑郁症病人进行临床对照分析。结果表明：妄想性抑郁症幻听、焦虑、自责自罪、绝望、自杀行为等症状出现率较高，自杀率为非妄想性抑郁症的３．７倍，往往需要联合治疗。
A comparative study on the clinical data of 55patients with delusion depression and 92 patients with non-delusion depression is presented. The result showed that the frequencies of anxiety agitation,auditory hallucination, despair and suicide in patients with delusion depression were higher than those of non-delusion group. The ratio of suicide in these patients was 3.7 times as much as that in those with non-delusion depression. The result also indicated that a combined treatment is always necessary for the delusion depression.
