摘要
农民增收是工业化中后期一个非常棘手而现实的问题,解决这一问题的关键要依靠挖掘和开发农村内源性增收渠道,构建内源性增收机制,通过资源整合、专业化与分工、规模调整、结构优化等农民能够自我掌控的方式完成。同时,要充分发挥外源性增收机制的牵引和拉伸作用,通过“内推外拉”,共同构建农民增收的长效机制。
Increasing the peasants'revenue is a troubling problem in the middle and later period of industrialization. The key to solving this problem is to seek inner channels and establish the mechanism of increasing revenue. It will be completed by means of the integration of natural resources, specialization, division of labor, scale adjustment, structure optimization and others that peasants can master. At the same time outer mechanism of increasing revenue should also play its own part.
