摘要
本文采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜相结合的方法，对采自４省１１地外形特征有明显差异的粗肋、细肋和光壳钉螺的齿舌进行了观察和分析，结果表明：１．一地钉螺无特定的，能与其它各地钉螺相区别的齿舌公式；２．同一钉螺齿式不一致的现象普遍存在；３．不同地区、不同类型钉螺间常有相同占优势的齿舌公式；４．各地钉螺间齿排横列数未见明显差异。上述结果进一步证明钉螺齿式不宜作为分类的唯一依据。
The article reports the result of observations on the radulae of Oncomelania snails collected from Yangxin,Jiangling of Hubei Province,Xiapu of Fujian Province,Chuxiong,Dali,Li jiang,Yongsheng of Yunnan Province and Tianquan,Lushan,Perigxian,Mianzhu of Sichuan Province by both light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that:1.There was no difinite pattern of radulae in Oncomelania snails of the same regions.2.The different pattern of radulae in a single snail was very often seen.3.The same pattern of radulae in high rate could be observed in radulae of Oncomelania snails in different types from different places.4.No apparent difference in numbers of rows of teeth was found among snails in different regions.These results indicated that radulae of Oncomelania snails could not be used in classifying oncomelania snails.
