摘要
高等教育的发展与学位制度的发展、分化密切相关。本文从历史的角度论述了高等教育专科层次设置学位的必要性,并介绍了世界各国的设置状况;在国际比较的基础上,概括出这一层次学位在设置背景、功能、课程设置以及教学管理等方面的共同特征和规律。
The development of the short-term higher education is closely related to the development and change of the degree system. This article discusses the necessity of establishing the degree system for the short-term higher education as viewed from history and explores the current status of the degree system in some foreign countries. It then generalizes the common characteristics and rules in terms of the background, func-tions, courses and teaching management of degree system at this level based on international comparison.
