摘要
在粉碎后的汽车顶棚用聚丙烯废料中添加新的聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、偶联剂等通过烘干、混料、加热、压制等工艺制成板材。研究了温度、压力以及保温时间等工艺参数对板材的成型性及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,预热温度1 1 0℃、预热时间2 0min、加热温度1 85℃、保温时间50min、成型压力2 33MPa时板材的压制成形性能和力学性能最佳。
A recycled board was prepared by adding new PP, glass fiber and coupling agents into the PP compound scrap and then drying?blending?heating and pressing. The effects of the temperature, pressure and the holding time on the shaping property and mechanical properties of the board were studied. The results showed that the shaping property and mechanical properties of the board were the best when the warm-up temperature was 110℃, pre-heating time was 20min, heating temperature was 185℃, holding time was 50min and moulding pressure was 2.33MPa.
