摘要
专业人员执业资格制度是我国建筑领域一项重要的制度,它的建立与实施对我国建筑市场适应市场经济体制、规范市场管理、提高建设投资的经济效益、保证工程建设质量起着非常重要的作用。但是,这项制度也有许多不够合理和完善的地方,主要表现在两个方面:一是管理主体不合理,二是执业人员与企业的关系不科学。
Professional qualification system is a very important system in Chinese Construction field .its creation and implementation play an essential role in making our Construction market adapt to market economic system, standardizing market management, improving economic efficiency and ensuring the quality of projects. However, there are many irrationalities and faults in it, which are mainly manifested in two respects - one is the irrational main body of management, the other is the unscientific relationship between professional men and corporations.
