摘要 目的总结探讨a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)对原发性肝癌的早期诊断价值。方法将65只SD雄性大鼠随机分为诱癌组和对照组,两组分别于第6,8,11,14,17,20周行尾静脉采血进行血清学指标检查,同时进行MR平扫及其他影像学检查和病理检查。结果AFP直到第18周肝癌演变期与正常对照组无显著性差异;AFU从第14周早期肝癌形成时就与正常对照组有显著性差异,并且随着肝癌的动态发展过程进一步升高。结论AFU对原发性肝癌具有较高的早期诊断价值。 Objective: To analyze the value of a-L-fucosidase(AFU) in the early diagnosis of PHC. Methods: Healthy SD rats (n=65) were randomly divided into modeling group and control group . We detected AFU and AFP in the blood picked from trail vein in the 6th,8th,11th,14th,17th ,20th week respectively. We operated MR and other imaging checks at the same time. Results: There was no remarkable difference in AFP between modeling group and control group until the 18th week. There was remarkable difference in the AFU between two groups from the 14th week. AFU increased with the development of PHC. Conclusion : AFU had early diagnostic value in PHC .
