摘要
北碚依山傍水,毗邻重庆且矿产丰富,卢作孚领导的乡村改造“城市化”的“北碚模式”无疑适应其地情。不容置疑,全国目前仍有不少类似北碚占尽了自然资源与地理优势的区域存在。但就广大以种植业和养殖业为主的农村地区来说,遵循农业内涵式发展道路的“定县模式”,才是走上农业现代化之路,践行科学发展观的正确抉择。
Rich in mineral resources, and surrounded by the hills and rivers, Beibei is in the vicinity of Chongqing City. Here is developed what is known as Beibei model of urbanization of the rural areas with favorable resources and location, under the leadership of Lu Zuofu. While the authors of the paper comment positively on the innumerable other areas similar with Beibei model, they argue for the Dingxian model for most rural areas centering on breeding and farming, which is peculiar for the combination of developmental and skillful alternatives leading to the agricultural modernization.
