远程多路遥控起爆器的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为适应军事技术向信息化、智能化方向发展的趋势,研究设计了一种多路遥控起爆器。该系统主要由发射机单元、接收机单元和雷管组成。本文论述了系统设计的总体方案,发射端、接收端和单路起爆电路的设计,以及系统实现的方法和原理。该多路遥控起爆系统实验结果表明,遥控距离最远达5000m,发射控制成功率98%,工作适应温度-20~+40℃,具有较强的抗振动、抗冲击、抗电磁干扰、抗雷击能力,并具有良好的密封防潮性能。该系统还可作为矿山和工程爆破的一种爆破器材。 For meeting the development of military technology into informization and intelligentization,a multi-way remote controlling igniter consisted of generating unit,receiver unit and detonator,was developed.The present paper discussed the overall design scheme of this system,including the designs of generating sector,receiver sector,single circuit initiating.Test results showed that the system could work in the temperature ranging from -20℃~+40℃;the maximum controlling distance could reach far to 5000m,with 98% of successful rate.Tests also gave evidences that the system was of good abilities in terms of its vibration-relive,impact-resistance,anti-electromagnetism,thunder-proof.Besides it had good sealing and wet-resistance.Therefore it can be applied in mining and other blasting engineering.
