摘要
遗传神经网络模型综合了人工神经网络和遗传算法的优点,具有全局寻优、自学习、自适应的信息处理能力,用于地区综合实力的评价是可行的。设计了能反映重庆市各区(县、市)地区综合实力的3类共34个评价指标,并用GA-BP模型对其进行了评价分析。评价结果表明,渝中、沙坪坝等8个区(市)地区综合实力最强,永川、北碚等9个区(县、市)次之,南川、开县等10个区(县、市)一般,而黔江、城口等13个区(县、自治县、市)地区综合实力相对较弱。
The genetic neural network model, which integrates the advantages of artificial neural network and genetic algorithm, has the capacity of information disposal on looking for the best answer, self-study and self-adaptation. It is feasible to use this method to estimate the comprehensive strength of a given area. In the research reported in this paper, 34 evaluation indexes involving 3 types were designed and proved to be able to reflect the comprehensive strength of the counties, cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Chongqing. The results showed that 8 districts (cities) including Yuzgong and Shapingba had the greatest comprehensive strength, followed in sequence by 9 districts including Yongchuan and Beibei, 10 districts (counties) including Nanchuan and Kaixian, and 13 districts (counties and cities) including Qianjiang and Chengkou.
