断奶仔猪的乳糖消化和吸收研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过随机区组设计,用高乳糖含量的乳清粉和不含乳糖的玉米豆粕饲料分别饲喂断奶仔猪发现:十二指肠段、空肠前段和空肠后段是乳糖消化和吸收的主要区域。乳糖能诱导断奶仔猪小肠产生乳糖酶。在血液循环系统中,随着离肠系膜距离越远,其血液中血糖浓度呈现从高到低的梯度变化。 In an experiment with the random block design, weanling piglets were divided into 2 groups and raised with whey powder containing high lactose and corn ean dregs without lactose, respectively. Duodenum and proximal and distal jejunums were found to be the main sites for lactose digestion and absorption. Lactose induced lactase at the intestinum tenue of the piglet. In the blood circulation system, blood sugar concentration decreased in a gradient manner with the increase in distance from the mesentery.
