摘要
通过对液压支架液压系统的冲击现象的分析,找出引起液压冲击的原因是液压流速的突变。并根据煤矿机械的使用特点,通过改变液压系统元件的可靠性,解决了油路系统的压力峰,从而避免了液压冲击。该办法行之有效,实际中得到良好的应用。
By analyzing the impact phenomenon of hydraulic support's hydraulic system,this research finds out the cause of hydraulic impact lies in the discontinuity of hydraulic flow velocity.And according to the application characteristics of coal mining machinery,this research solves the pressure peak of the oil system so as to avoid the hydraulic impact by improving the reliability of components of the hydraulic system.This method is very effective,and produces good results in practice.
