番茄茎直径变差法诊断水分状况试验 被引量:17

摘要 在温室条件下,盆栽和小区试验相结合,进行了用番茄株茎直径变差法诊断其水分状况的试验研究。结果表明,植株茎膨胀及收缩与作物体内的水分状况有密切的关系,茎直径变化量(ΔSd)能灵敏、实时、准确地反映植株体内的水分状况。与其它水分诊断方法相比,茎直径变差法具有简便、稳定、无损、连续监测和自动记录的优点。 In the greenhouse, by conducting pot and field experiments, the diagnosis method of crop moisture content from variable differential in stem diameter of tomato was studied. The results showed that the shrinking and swelling in stem diameter was closely related to the moisture content status within the plant, and variable differential in stem diameter ( ΔSd ) could reflect plant moisture content condition sensitively, duly and accurately. This diagnosis method is characterized for its portability, stability, non-destruction to plant tissue, continuous monitoring and automatic logging as compared with other methods.
