摘要
为改善大流量方向控制阀的工作可靠性降低故障率,对其先导阀的结构进行了创新设计.采用二位三通双球式常闭型电磁阀,并将其插装在主阀阀体上.从而使其结构得到简化,性能得到提高,抗污染能力显著增强.本文介绍了它的结构和工作原理.并对其创新点进行了结构性能分析.
Considering the reliability and reduction of the fault rate of direction control valves, the structure of its pilot valves was improved, and the 2-position,3-way, double-globe electromagnetic valves were used and were cartridged in the body of direction control valves. So, its structure was simplified, its working reliability was improved and the capability of its resisting contamination was strengthened. In this paper, the structure and principle of pilot valves were introduced.
