摘要
目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肾功衰竭临终前血糖水平与肾功能的关系。方法对30例老年糖尿病并慢性肾功能衰竭患者入院后和临终前空腹血糖(FPG)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)间进行对比分析。结果3者均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);血糖波动大,不易控制;在FPG下降与BUN、Cr升高数值之间呈负相关关系(r1=-0.7168,P<0.01;r2=-0.6932,P<0.01)。结论热卡量给予不足和应用胰岛素使FPG在短期内下降或发生低血糖,均是使病情恶化的因素。
Objective To analyze the comparison of fasting pre-terminal glucose(FPG) and renal function for the patient of diabetes mellitus type II combined with renal failure. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively in FPG, BUN and Cr. Results There was significantly difference in three factors (P<0.01) and glucose fluctuated greatly and hard to be control. There was negative correlation between decrease of FPG and elevation of BUN and Cr. Conclusion There must be progressive factors for disease that calorie insufficiency and application of insulin.
