摘要
目的:探讨行人工流产术时应用利多卡因进行镇痛的方法和效果。方法:选取180例早孕受术者(实验组),在宫颈旁侧4点、10点处分别注入2%利多卡因2ml,2～5min后宫口松驰,即施吸宫术。随机选择同类妇女180例,施术时不予宫颈注射利多卡因(对照组)。观察两组手术过程。结果:实验组病例宫颈内口松驰,宫颈扩张满意,手术经过顺利,术中出血少,缩短了手术时间,无发生人流综合征,两组差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:宫颈注射2%利多卡因在人工流产的应用是提高手术质量的可行方法,是非常实用和有效的。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic method and effect of lidocaine in the induced abortion.Method: 180 women in early pregnancy were selected as test group, Who received 2% lidocaine 2ml in cervix at 4, 10 point. Suction curettage was done when the cervix relaxed after 2 to 5 minutes. At the same time, another 180 women in early pregnancy were selected at random as control group, Who was done the same surgery without lidocaine. The courses of both groups were observed. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.01). The surgery in the test group was performed smoothly, with the cervix relaxing and dilatated well, less hemorrhage , in short time. There was no induced abortion syndrome in the test group. Conclusion: It is effective and practical when the lidocaine was given in cervix in induced abortion.
