摘要
通过对常见计算机数控系统的分析,结合转台拉弯机的控制需求,建立基于上下位机的拉弯机数控系统,系统采用工业控制机为上位机和以可编程序控制器(PLC)为下位机构成的两级控制模式。文中还详细介绍了控制系统的工作原理、硬件配置以及软件设计。
The thesis analyses the CNC systems in existence. A computer numerical control system of stretch-wrap former is constituted which combined with the control necessities of stretch- wrap former. The system is a two-level control module in which the industrial control computer is used as main computer and PLC as subordinate computer.The principle, the hardware disposition, and the software design of the CNC system are also introduced in detail.
