摘要
本文分析了作为国家“七·五”科技攻关项目研制成功的一种新型高压漏电保护装置的工作原理和电路的组成，并对其主要性能、技术指标及特点做了介绍。
This paper analyzes the working principle and circuit build--up of a new type of high voltage earth leakage protection device which has been developed for the key scientific projects in the Seventh Five--Year Plan of our country,and makes an introduction to the principal performance,techanical indexes and characteristics of the device.
