应用飞行时间二次离子质谱仪分析煤的微观结构 被引量:6

摘要 作者首次使用装有液体金属离子枪的高分辨飞行时间二次离子质谱仪(TOFSIMS),分析了贵州省贵定的高有机硫煤样,这种技术不需进行诸如密度梯度分离等任何样品制备,就能给出样品结构、组成和同位素信息。液体金属离子枪扫描所获得的高空间分辨的离子图象,能清晰地显示煤样内的相差。 High organic sulfur coal samples from Guidin,Guizhou province were analyzedusing a state-of the-art TOF--SIMS instrument equipped with a high resolution liquidmetal ion gun(LMIG).The TOF-SIM S results reveal structural,compositional andisotopic infoimation of these coal samples without needing to perfoml any sample preparation such as density gradient separation. High spatial resolution ion images obtained by theLMIG show distinct phase contrast in these samples.It is believed that we are the first research group to apply this TOF-SIMS technology to the characterization of coal sample inChina.
