摘要
金川镍矿近年来在原有下向胶结充填采矿法开采的基础上，对开采工艺、充填工艺、机械设备管理、劳动组织、工资制度等方面进行了全面改革，因而使机械化开来比普通（电耙）法开采，取得了令人瞩目的经济效益。目前金川镍矿已经大力扩大机械化开采应用范围。
In resent years,based on the original downward cemented filling mining method,Jinchuan Nickel Minehad carried out overall reformation of mining technology, filling technology, mechanical equipmentmanagement, labour organization, wages system and so on. The mechanized mining had gotten notebleeconomical benefits in comparison with traditional (scrapers) mining. At present, the Mine has extend-ed energetically the application range.
