摘要
以国产舒氨西林治疗１０３例呼吸、尿路、胆道感染和腹腔炎，评价该药的疗效和安全性。总有效率为９４．２％，细菌清除率９３．２％。不良反应轻微，呈一过性，发生率为５．８％，主要有恶心、皮疹和ＳＧＰＴ轻度异常。同时进行了随机对照观察，５６例呼吸和尿路感染患者接受舒氨西林，５４例接受优立新，对照观察结果两组的有效率和不良反应发生率均相似。
A total of 103 patients,including respiratory, urinary,biliary tract infections and peritonitis, were treated with domestic made Sulbactam/Ampicillin. The efficacy and safety of the drug were evalua-ted,The effective rate xyas 94.2%the bacterial eradication rate was 93.2%。The adverse reaction was mild and transient, the incidence was 5.8%,mainly involved nausea,rash and slightly high SGPT. Arandomized comparative study was carried out simultaneously,56 Sases of respiratory and urinary tract infections treated with domestic sulbac-tam/Ampicillin were compared with 54 cases treated with Unasyn。The effective rate and adverse reaction of Sulbactam/Ampicllin was similiar to Unasyn.
