多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图在冠心病方面的临床应用

摘要 存活心肌概念的提出使冠心病的治疗发生了重大变化,因此正确诊断冠心病及判断存活心肌的存在及其比例有着重要的意义。二维超声心动图(2DE)在诊断冠心病及存活心肌的检测中作用独特。近年来结合多巴酚丁胺药物负荷(DSE)已成为临床检验的重要方法。 The treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)has been greatly changed after the detection of viable myocardium,and it is very important to detect viable myocardium.The 2 dimensional echocardiography(2DE)combined with dobutamine is one of the advanced method in detecting viable myocardium in present clinical application.
