摘要
社区教育是社区工作和教育工作的整合,是实现人的全面发展、社区可持续发展的最基本、最有效的方式,而开展社区教育又离不开社区内各类教育资源。通过对南京新街口街道的个案研究,分析了实践中对社区教育资源的开发整合和利用情况以及存在的不足,为进一步拓展社区教育提出了新思路。
Community education is a combination of the community and educational work. It is a most effective aproach to ensure an all-round development of the individuals and a sustainable development of the community. Developing community education cannot do without all kinds of educational resources in the community. This paper is a case study of Xinjiekou community of the city of Nanjing. Analysis is made of the work regarding the tapping the integration and the utilization of the resources as well as the drawbacks of the work in this regeon. New ideas are proposed in respect of expanding the scope of the community educational work.
