摘要
介绍了光波分复用器的工作原理,典型干涉膜型两波长光波分复用器器件结构原理及光学薄膜特性。通过测量插入损耗和回波损耗等参数的大小分析了光波分复用器的性能,用该方法测试常用的干涉膜型两波长光波分复用器性能达到了理论要求和使用要求。
This article introduced the principle of WDM and the optical characters,proposed a novel structure of WDM.The characters of light wavelength division multiplexer were analyzed by measuring insertion loss and echo loss.The technically improved method was more stable and more reliable than the old one.
