摘要
人权意识具有普遍性,而人权意识的表达具有特殊性。中国传统文化蕴育了丰富的人权思想,也形成了独具特色的表达风格,与西方人权思想相比,其关于人权的发生、性质、标准的表达均有明显不同,主要表现为:人权发生的社会论,人权性质的道义功利一元论和人权标准的义务取向。
Human rights consciousness has universality, but its way of expression has particularity . Chinese traditional culture has pregnanted with abundant human rights thought and has formed its unique expressional style. Compared with western human rights thought, China has distinctive expressions on its occurance, nature, and standard, shown as mainly: the social theory of human rights occurance, the morals utility monism of human rights nature and obligation orientation of human rights standard.
