摘要
作者认为,诸多名家将《史记·项羽本纪》“战少利”之“利”释为“胜利”,值得商榷。全文从钜鹿战役的史实、“战少利”与项羽当时心理和行动的关系、司马迁《史记》遣词造句的规律以及诸多辞书对“利”的释义几个方面,对“战少利”进行了考释,并兼及语文教科书中的类似错误,具有一定的参考价值。
The author holds that it is open to discussion for many famous experts to explain the meaning of 'gaining less advantage in a war'in 'Biography of Xiang Yu,Records of the Historian'.They thought that advantage ' means ' victory'.This paper makes a study of 'gaining less advantage in a war'from such aspects as the historical fact of the Julu Campain,the relationship between'gaining less advantage in a war'and the then Xiang Yu's psychology and action,the general patterns of wording and phrasing in 'Records of the Historian'by Si Maqian and the explanation of'advantage'in plenty of dictionaries and other reference books.The paper also talks about the similar mistakes in Chinese textbooks and may serve as reference.
