摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳对天津猪株（ＴＪＰ）、来源不明株（Ｘ）、长春犬株（ＣＣＤ）３个旋毛虫株肌肉期幼虫进行蛋白质和ＬＤＨ、ＭＤＨ、ＭＥ、ＳＯＤ、ＡＣＰ５种酶的同工酶分析。３株的蛋白电泳谱基本相似，仅ＴＪＰ株最酸区２条区带较其他株不显著，ＬＤＨ、ＭＤＨ、ＳＯＤ、ＡＣＰ４种酶的酶谱均相同，仅ＴＪＰ株的ＭＥ区带较其他株稍偏碱性。
Proteins and 5 isoenzymes(LDH,MDH,SOD and ACP )of the muscle─stage larvae of a strain from Tianjin pig(TJP),a strain of unknown origin(X) and a strain Changchun dog(CCD)of Trichinella spiralis were analyzed using polyacrylamide gel─isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (PAGE─IEF).The protein electrophoretic patterns were essentially similar for the three strains,except that the two most acidic bands of TJP strain were less marked than those of the other two strains.No difference in isoenzymatic electrophoretic patterns of LDH,MDH,SOD and ACP was found among the three strains,although the ME bands of TJP strain were in slightly more basic region than those of the other two strains.
