摘要
用皮下连续注射醋酸可的松6周建立大鼠肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型,并用国产蒿甲醚进行实验治疗。经蒿甲醚100mg/kg·次,每日1次连续5d,大腿肌肉注射后,治疗组大鼠肺印片中卡氏肺孢子虫包囊均数较未治疗对照组有所减少,而与戊烷脒治疗组相近,提示蒿甲醚可能是一种有前途的抗卡氏肺孢子虫新药。
An immunosuppressed rat model was established by injection subcuteneously with cortisone acetate twice a week,a development of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia was found at the end of 6th week in all rats. These rats were injected intramuscularly with artemether of 100mg/kg once a day for 5 days. All rats were necropsied at the end of 8th week.The lung im-pression smears were stained with Gomori’s methenamine silver. Pneumocystis carinii cysts were counted under microscopy( 1 600 ×),and the average and standard deviations(SD)were calculat-ed.Statistical analysis was taken by“t”test. All slides were randomized and then examined by two researchers using a blinded protocal. The preliminary results reported herein showed that the av-erage number of cysts in the groups E and F which were treated with artemether were 2.01 and 6.60/field(1600×)respectively,and were lower than that of the non─treated control groups,similar to the average number of group G treated with pentamidine. This result suggests that artemether may be a potential anti─Pneumocystis carinii drug.
