动脉粥样硬化斑块的中医药治疗思路 被引量：13

摘要 从以下几方面探讨动脉粥样硬化斑块(AS)的中医药治疗思路。(1)粥样斑块病理与中药现代药理:认为应将中药传统药性与中药现代药理相结合,发挥中医药稳定斑块的疗效优势。(2)粥样斑块病理与微观辨证:强调动态观察现代医学的某些微观辨证指标,将有助于 AS 的临床分期与辨证论治。(3)临床分期与辨证论治:主张临床可分期进行辨证论治,即斑块稳定期、斑块易损期、斑块破裂或糜烂期、好转恢复期。
