摘要
目的:探讨妊高征患者C-反应蛋白表达及其与妊高征严重程度之间的关系。方法:采用透射比浊法检测73例妊高征患者血清C-反应蛋白水平。结果:C-反应蛋白在重度妊高征组中显著升高,中轻度妊高征组高于正常怀孕妇女组。结论:C-反应蛋白在妊高征中高水平表达,提示妊高征与炎症有关。
Objective: To discuss the relationship between the expression of C-reactive protein in womenwith pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome and the severity of PIH. Methods: Turbidimetry-immu-noassay was used to detect the levels of C-reactive protein in 73 patients in different groups. Results: The levels ofC-reactive protein in the groups with mild or moderate PIH were higher than that in normal pregnant women. Inpatients with severe PIH, there was a significant increase in C-reactive protein. Conclusion: The high expression ofC-reactive protein in women with PIH may be associated with inflammation.
