摘要 目的探讨CT三维重建在骨盆肿瘤切除与重建中的临床应用价值.方法使用Siemens Plus 4螺旋CT机对17例骨盆肿瘤患者术前进行扫描,在Siemens工作站进行三维重建.根据三维重建图形为不同患者设计制作合适的内固定器具.结果术后随访6~18个月,1例术后16个月复发,行半骨盆切除及人工半骨盆重建后恢复健康,患者行走正常.1例出现肺部转移.其余病例在随访期内未发现局部复发.结论CT三维重建图像清晰地显示了术前骨盆肿瘤的细节,以最易理解的形式立体直观地显示了病变及与周围结构的关系和手术应切除的范围,有助于术前正确诊断和手术计划的制定. Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT 3-dimensional reconstruction in the pelvic tumor resection and reconstruction. Methods Siemens Plus 4 spiral CT scanning was performed in 17 cases of pelvic tumors, and the images were reconstructed in the Siemens workshop preoperatively. The individulized endoprosthesis were designed and produced according to the 3-dimensional reconstructed inages. Results All cases were followed up for 6~18 months. 1 case got recurrence in 16 months postoperatively, and recovered to walking after semipelvic resection and artificial semipelvic reconstruction. 1 got lung metastasis. The others were found with no recurrence in the follow-up. Conclusions CT 3-dimensional reconstruction can provide detailed anatomy of pelvic tumor preoperatively, which is beneficial for diagnosis and surgery plan making.
