摘要
目的:探讨胶质细胞在中枢神经系统中的功能和作用,进一步了解这些功能作用与中枢神经系统疾病的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2004-08期间与胶质细胞和中枢神经系统疾病相关的文章,检索词“Gliacell,Astrocyte,Oligo-dendrocyte”,并限定文章语种为英语。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取脑胶质细胞及其与中枢神经系统疾病相关的基础研究,以及与临床研究相关的病理学和影像学文章,然后对照新近神经病理学、神经病学书籍,查找对脑胶质细胞功能及作用认识的最新进展。资料提炼:共收集到52篇脑胶质细胞与中枢神经系统密切相关的基础和临床研究文章,其中胶质细胞与中枢神经系统疾病相关的文章5篇,有关星形胶质的研究文章28篇,有关少突胶质细胞的文章19篇,选择其中有代表性的文章附在参考文献中。资料综合:胶质细胞可为神经元提供营养、在发育时引导神经元及它们的祖细胞移行,起着更为复杂的神经元样作用。胶质细胞不但整合神经元的输入,调节突触的活动,并且处理有关学习和记忆的信号。此外,胞浆包涵体的出现以及胶质细胞数量的减少和功能的改变,与tau病(或称神经胶质疾病)及认知功能障碍和神经系统损伤,以及由于各种原因导致的中枢神经系统髓鞘疾病的发生密切相关。结论:胶质细胞除在神经系统?
OBJECTIVE:To study the function and role of glia cells in central nervous system,and comprehend the association between the effects and central nervous system disease further. DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms “Glia cell,Astrocyte,Oligodendrocyte',we searched the MEDLINE database for the relevant articles about glia cells and central nervous system disease published from January 1980 to August 2004 in English. STUDY SELECTION:All articles were selected firstly,the clinical researches on brain glia cells and glia cells related to central nervous system disease,and pathological or neuroimaging researches were selected.Recently printed books on neuropathology and neurology were compared to search the new progress about the function and role of brain glial cell. DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 52 articles were collected,which were basic and clinical researches on close association between glial cell and central nervous system disease.Among them,5 articles were about the correlation of glial cell and central nervous system disease;28 articles were the researches on glial cell;19 articles were about the oligodendrocyte.The representative articles were collected in reference. DATA SYNTHESIS:Glia cells played more complex neuronlike roles,brain glia cells could supply nutrien for neurons,and promote the migration of neurons and ancestor cells during development.They integrated neuronal input,modulated synaptic activity,but also disposed the learing and memory signals.These findings had significant implications for humans with neurodegenerative diseases.In addition,the occurrence of cell plasm and inclusion bodies,the inducing cells and changes of function had close correlation with tau disease(glia disease),cognitive functional impairment,nervous system injury,and the occurrence of central nervous system demeylinating diseases due to many reasons. CONCLUSION:Glia cells are activated in nervous system injury and neurodegenerative diseases,but also degenerated in neurodegenerative diseases.Therefore,the loss of glia cells and participant course of glia cells in some nervous system diseases may cause the impairment of learning and memory.
